    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Education : CDA or 6+ semester hours in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
  • Experience : At least 1–2 years working in early childhood education (lead role).
  • Skills : Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices, strong written and verbal communication, and teamwork-oriented.

    • Your Role :

  • Follow weekly lesson plans based on the Learning Beyond Paper curriculum and monthly themes.
  • Meet the individual needs of children through interactive play, exploration, and learning.
  • Communicate professionally with parents and staff.
  • Create a positive, engaging classroom environment that inspires a love of learning.
  • Plan and implement activities that foster self-esteem, social skills, and independence.
  • Use observation and assessment tools to track each child’s growth.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development.
