Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate manages the activities and operations of the warehouse efficiently and supports branch operations by maintaining warehouse facilities, delivering tools and parts to technicians on job sites, and assisting with inventory. This position ensures timely delivery of materials, organization of the warehouse, and overall support of field operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following :
- Manage warehouse, elevator oil, tool and office supply inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with supervisors and technicians to coordinate material needs.
- Prepare equipment and part staging for jobs.
- Coordinate, track and schedule the movement of products into and out of the warehouse, including storage and shipments.
- Assist with loading / unloading deliveries and staging job materials by operating forklift truck and manually handling, repacking, or restack pallets and inventory as needed.
- Track, transport / deliver parts, tools, and equipment to / from warehouse, job sites and vendors in UES shop van and / or box truck.
- Monitor basic warehouse tool condition and repair or replace when necessary.
- Maintain and perform necessary repairs in warehouse and office, including organization, cleanliness, and inventory.
- Maintain yard / parking lot.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility :
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education / Experience :High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 0-1 year of relevant work in warehouse, delivery, or general labor preferred.Valid driver's license required.Must be able to obtain a TDOT Medical Card.Must be proficient with computers, office organization and record keeping is required.Elevator experience and mechanical skills in the construction industry are a plus; other mechanical experience will also be considered.
