Director Of Total Rewards
The Director Of Total Rewards Provides Strategic Leadership And Oversight Of The Company's Compensation, Benefits, And Rewards Programs Across All States In Which The Organization Operates. This Role Designs, Implements, And Manages Competitive And Compliant Total Rewards Strategies That Attract, Retain, And Engage Top Talent While Aligning With Organizational Goals, Fiscal Responsibility, And Regulatory Requirements. The Director Partners Closely With Hr Leadership, Finance, And Business Leaders To Ensure Total Rewards Programs Support The Mission Of Delivering Exceptional Care In The Idd And Behavioral Health Field.
Duties And Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership
- Develop And Execute A Comprehensive Total Rewards Strategy That Supports Organizational Objectives And Enhances Employee Engagement.
- Serve As The Subject Matter Expert To The Chro And Senior Leadership On Compensation, Benefits, And Rewards Practices.
- Provide Market Analysis And Recommendations To Ensure Competitiveness, Equity, And Fiscal Responsibility.
Compensation
Oversee Job Evaluation, Salary Structures, Pay Ranges, And Incentive Programs To Ensure Internal Equity And External Competitiveness.Lead The Annual Merit, Bonus, And Salary Planning Processes, Including Budget Forecasting And Alignment With Performance Management.Ensure Compliance With Federal And State Wage And Hour Laws (FLSA, State Pay Transparency, Etc.).Partner With Hr Business Partners On Compensation Recommendations During Hiring, Promotions, And Acquisitions.Benefits
Oversee Design, Administration, And Compliance Of All Employee Benefit Programs Including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Retirement, Wellness, And Voluntary Benefits.Manage Vendor Relationships, Negotiations, Renewals, And Plan Evaluations To Ensure Cost Effectiveness And Value.Lead Annual Benefits Open Enrollment, Communications, And Education Efforts.Monitor Benefit Trends And Implement Innovative Programs That Support Workforce Well-Being.Rewards & Recognition
Lead Development And Management Of Recognition Programs (Tenure, Performance, Service Awards, Employee Of The Month, Etc.).Partner With Hr And Leadership To Integrate Recognition Into Organizational Culture.Compliance & Governance
Ensure Compliance With All Federal And State Regulations Related To Compensation And Benefits (Erisa, Hipaa, Aca, Fmla, Cobra, Etc.).Prepare Reports, Filings, And Audits As Required.Maintain Up-To-Date Knowledge Of Regulatory Changes And Advise Leadership On Necessary Adjustments.Acquisitions & Integrations
Support Due Diligence And Integration Planning For Acquisitions, Focusing On Compensation And Benefits Harmonization.Develop Transition Strategies To Align Acquired Employees With Company Total Rewards Programs.Team Leadership
Lead And Develop A Team Of Benefits, Compensation, And Payroll Professionals.Establish Goals, Provide Coaching, And Ensure Ongoing Professional Development.Other

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field Required; Master's Degree Or HR Certification (CCP, CBP, CEBS, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) Preferred.710 Years Of Progressive Experience In Compensation And Benefits, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.Experience In Multi-State, Healthcare, Or Idd / Behavioral Health Environments Strongly Preferred.Proven Track Record In Designing And Implementing Competitive Compensation And Benefits Programs.Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment And Benefits Laws.Advanced Skills In HRIS, Compensation Analysis Tools, And Microsoft Excel.Strategic Thinker With Strong Business Acumen And Ability To Link Total Rewards Strategies To Organizational Goals.Exceptional Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data To Drive Decisions.Strong Leadership And People Management Skills, With The Ability To Build And Develop A High-Performing Team.Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With Ability To Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.Demonstrated Ability To Manage Vendor Partnerships And Negotiations.High Level Of Integrity, Discretion, And Professionalism.Physical Demands And Work Environment :
