Senior Director Of Data Center Site Deployment
The Senior Director of Data Center Site Deployment is responsible for leading the end-to-end process of operationalizing newly constructed data center facilities, with a specialized focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and the energization of high-density rack / GPU environments. This executive leader will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless, safe, and efficient transition from construction to fully operational status, meeting the highest industry standards for reliability, security, and scalability.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in data center operations, delivery, or project management with a focus on MEP and high-performance compute environments. Proven experience bringing large-scale data centers online post-construction, including commissioning, staffing, procedure development, and energization. Deep understanding of relevant industry standards (Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.). Skilled in managing large teams and coordinating with internal / external stakeholders. Superior communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred
Experience with hyperscale or high-density GPU deployments. Bachelor's in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Data Center Energy Practitioner, Uptime Accredited Tier Designer).

Range and Benefit Information
US : Hiring Range in USD from : $161,700 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
