A company is looking for a Data Analyst, Growth to enhance decision-making through data insights and management.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted business advisor influencing decision-making for the growth team

Design dashboards and reports to transform data into actionable insights

Lead cross-functional projects to build data pipelines and automate reporting of key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and management, preferably in financial services

Hands-on experience with dbt for data modeling and reporting

Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python libraries such as pandas and matplotlib

A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor, such as software engineering or economics

Fluency in English and based in Canada, the US, the UK, or the EU
