About the Role

You will represent our firm in court proceedings, prepare and review motions, petitions, and pleadings, and manage negotiations and settlements with strategic and professional excellence.

This position is ideal for an attorney who values autonomy, flexibility, and the satisfaction of producing meaningful results for real people.

Your Responsibilities

Represent clients in state and federal proceedings, hearings, and related actions.

Prepare legal documents, motions, and supporting evidence with precision.

Provide sound legal advice to clients and the internal team.

Handle negotiations and dispute resolutions with professionalism and empathy.

Uphold all ethical and procedural standards of practice.

What We’re Looking For

Active Bar License (Florida or any U.S. jurisdiction accepted).

Proven courtroom and litigation experience.

Ability to draft strong, persuasive legal arguments.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Integrity, initiative, and commitment to client success.

Compensation & Schedule

$70–$90 / hour, based on experience and performance.

⏰ 5–10 hours per week (flexible schedule, fully remote).

Work from anywhere, while collaborating with a supportive and efficient legal team.
