Lead Compensation Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Compensation Consultant within the Incentive Compensation Center of Excellence of our Total Rewards space. This position will play a critical role with Line of Business leaders to design and develop incentive plans that align with business objectives, enterprise behavioral expectations and key performance indicators. In addition, this role will closely collaborate with control to ensure plan design aligns with the Corporate Risk Management Framework.

In this role, you will :

• Partner with Line of Business (LOB) leadership as an internal consultant strategizing to develop incentive compensation programs that are risk balanced and aligned with line of business goals and objectives.
• Ability to resolve complex issues where analysis requires an evaluation of tangible and intangible variance factors using financial and metrics data.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, large scale, and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and middle-level to executive leadership managers to resolve issues and achieve the goals of total rewards and compensation philosophy.
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor as needed.

Pay Range : $119,000.00 - $206,000.00
