The PTA will work under the supervision of a physical therapist and will be responsible for implementing components of patient care. Responsibilities include observing and reporting patient status, assisting patients with specific exercises, and contributing to effective rehabilitation plans.Each day consists of 8-hour shifts where you will be aiding patients in exercises to improve their mobility and strength. The facility ensures a welcoming atmosphere and values each team member's contribution to the healing process.
