Essential duties and responsibilities include operating a CMV for the delivery of products in a variety of traffic and weather conditions, performing required pre- and post-trip inspections, loading and unloading products for customers, maintaining all required certifications by DOT and company safety program, developing expertise of our products, inventory controls, and procedures, providing exceptional customer service, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and requirements include a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with a clean driving record, minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience, a valid non-expired interstate Medical Card, the ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 100 pounds on a regular basis, the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or walk, as well as sit for long periods of time, effective communication in English within the context of the job and safety requirements, compliance with truck driving rules and regulations, as well as with company policies and procedures, basic math skills, and passing pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check).
