Job description

Mental Health IOP Clinician (Evenings) - Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type : Part-time (~25 hours / week)

Location (s) :

  • Fox Chapel (High Porosity)
  • Upper St. Clair township (Low Porosity)

Schedule : Evening IOP (flexible start dates; Fox Chapel priority 1-2 months, Upper St. Clair in 4-6 months)

Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions for Mental Health IOP during evening hours.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and peers to ensure effective delivery of care.
  • Participate in outreach efforts as needed to maintain group size.
  • Support the growth of new IOP programs, understanding patient census will ramp up within the first 90 days.

    • Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with adult and / or adolescent mental health populations in group settings.

    • Caseload & Program Details :

  • Each IOP averages 6-8 clients per group once fully ramped up (within 90 days).
  • Mental Health groups meet 4 times per week.

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Fee-for-Service model (40% of IOP billing).
  • For exceptional candidates hesitant about FFS, a temporary salary-based arrangement may be considered.
