Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is hiring an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee clinical care in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Queens, NY. Join a mission-driven team delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and clinical operations.
• Conduct patient assessments & oversee care planning.
• Monitor EMR documentation & ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate admissions, safety rounds, GG / MDS / PRI assessments.
• Lead staff training, evaluations, and incident reporting.
• Maintain narcotics tracking, infection control, and patient safety.

Qualifications :

• NYS Registered Nurse License (active).
• Minimum 1 year SNF experience (required).
• Knowledge of DOH, CMS, and federal regulations.
• Leadership experience & survey readiness.
• Immunity to Hepatitis B (proof required).
• Proficient in EMR, care plans, medication safety, SBAR.
