Direct Support Professional

New Hourly Rates! Start at $18.40 Up to $26 based on experience

Seeking FT / PT 2nd Shift & FT 3rd shift!

Qualifications :

  • To work as a Direct Support Professional, you must have a strong interest in supporting others and show compassion and empathy.
  • Reliability and consistency are essential to excelling as a DSP.
  • Prior Direct Support Professional experience preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License, good driving record and proof of auto Insurance
  • 18 years or older
  • Pass criminal background check & drug screen and physical
  • Able to lift 50 pounds

    • Job Details : Responsibilities include the following :

  • A Direct Support Professional will provide daily care and engagement while advocating for the rights of the Individuals we support.
  • Dress / Groom
  • Meal Prep and Feeding
  • Toileting and hygiene care
  • Bathing and showering
  • Medication Administration
  • Participate in community outings, connect with families, attend concerts, movies & swimming
  • Engagement and activities
  • Support and companionship
  • Repositioning
  • Location cleaning, laundry, sheet changing and kitchen upkeep
  • Assist with all duties assigned
