We are looking for a skilled Senior Windows / Azure Systems Engineer to join our team in Naples, FL Area. . This is a Contract-to-Permanent opportunity, offering the chance to work on cutting-edge IT infrastructure projects in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing hybrid Microsoft environments, ensuring seamless operations, and driving innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory services to ensure optimal system performance and security.
• Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Oversee virtualization platforms and tools, such as ESXi, vSphere, vMotion, and Veeam, to support backup and recovery operations.
• Utilize Azure IaaS and PaaS services to design and implement cloud-based solutions.
• Implement and manage endpoint solutions using tools like Intune or NinjaOne to ensure device security and compliance.
• Provide support for Microsoft SQL Server administration and assist with database management tasks.
• Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and load balancers, to maintain connectivity and security.
• Handle domain management tasks using platforms like Cloudflare and GoDaddy.
• Monitor system health using tools such as WhatsUp Gold and manage endpoint protection with solutions like SentinelOne.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement new technologies, and improve operational efficiency.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering within hybrid Microsoft environments.
• Proficiency in managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Expertise in virtualization tools, backup solutions, and recovery processes.
• Solid knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune or NinjaOne.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, including switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Understanding of domain management platforms like Cloudflare and GoDaddy.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
