The TT&S assists the In-Home Therapist in implementing a therapeutic treatment plan and delivers training to the family and other providers as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Risk management / safety planning
• Assist in treatment planning
• Intensive Family Therapy
• Identification of community resources and development of natural supports for youth and parent / guardian / caregiver
• Coaching in support of decision-making in both crisis and non-crisis situations
• Skills training for youth and parent / guardian / caregiver
• Member transportation provided by staff
• Member outreach
• Receives weekly supervision from the Program Director
• Compliance with HIPAA and Rise policies
• Incentive pay offered after FT hours worked
• All other duties assigned by the Program Director
