Job Description :

A dynamic $50 million services company with its corporate office located in Cumming, GA, and a presence in several states, is seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Management : Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance, to ensure the company's financial health.
• Team Leadership : Lead and manage the accounting department, including accountants and financial staff, providing guidance and mentorship
• Audit and Tax Compliance : Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and external audits, liaising with the external CPA firm.
• Financial Analysis : Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning to support informed decision-making.
• Cash Management : Manage cash flow, monitor banking activities, and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
• Process Improvement : Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
