Diehl of Massillon is looking for a Service BDC Appointment Scheduler for a high-volume dealership . The responsibility of this role is to answer inbound calls quickly to schedule service appointments as well as help customers with questions regarding their vehicle. The Service BDC will also make outbound calls alerting customers of open recalls, parts arriving, maintenance coming due and post-appointment follow-up.
