Role OverviewThe DSP Management Specialist is responsible for managing Delivery Service Partner (DSP) documentation, system access, and compliance processes. This role supports the full DSP lifecycle and serves as a coordination hub between DSP partners and internal teams to ensure accurate data, smooth operations, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities1. DSP Information Management- Collect, review, and maintain DSP partner information, including company credentials, contracts, and account details.
- Build and manage a centralized DSP database to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and traceability.
2. Access & Compliance Management- Manage DSP system access, including account creation, permission changes, suspension, and deactivation.
- Ensure DSP compliance with company policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal audits and data compliance reviews.
3. Process Support & Cross-Functional Coordination- Collaborate with Network Operations, Finance, Legal, and other teams to support the full DSP lifecycle, including onboarding, renewal, performance evaluation, and exit processes.
- Track and document DSP KPIs, violations, deposits, and insurance status; maintain logs and highlight potential risks.
4. Documentation & Reporting- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly DSP operational reports.
- Document and archive operational and compliance issues related to DSPs.
- Maintain SOPs, training materials, and standardized templates.
5. Communication & Liaison- Serve as a communication bridge between DSPs and internal teams (Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Product).
- Handle basic inquiries and data exchange requests.
- Support DSP onboarding during network expansion and new HUB launches, including document review and system access setup.
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; major not restricted.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or administrative operations roles.
- Experience in last-mile delivery, warehouse operations, or DSP management is a plus.
- Skills
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (large datasets, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Strong process management, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to quickly learn system access logic and account management workflows.
- Language Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Chinese.
- English: system use and basic email communication
- Chinese: internal coordination and reporting
