Records Management - Payroll Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to provide analytical and operational support during a period of resource disruption. This role will focus on auditing, reconciling, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll operations leveraging ADP EV5 in a large, complex corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Audit payroll runs for accuracy and compliance; identify and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile payroll results to general ledger and financial reporting systems
• Research and resolve complex payroll and tax issues in coordination with vendors\
• Support quarter-end and year-end processing (W-2 balancing, adjustments, filings)
• Analyze and validate payroll data, ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Partner with HRIS, Benefits, and Finance to support cross-functional integrations
• Prepare and deliver payroll reports, metrics, and insights for leadership
