Boeing Global Services is currently seeking a Senior Design Team Engineer to become part of the F / A-18 Complex Spares Team Lead Engineer in Hazelwood, MO (St. Louis)

F / A-18 Complex Spares Team is responsible for supporting production and repair of F / A-18 Complex Spares. It is also responsible for growing our business into more opportunities for F / A-18 E / F components.

• The selected candidate will provide coaching for skills development of our Design Team members, ensuring our team remains vibrant and highly skilled.
• The selected candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, diverse work environment.
• The candidate must be able to work with cross-functional teams including representatives from Strength, Manufacturing Engineering, Liaison Engineering, Technical Integration, Supplier Management, Production Operations, and Program Management.

Relocation is available for this position.

Position Responsibilities :

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

Typical Education & Experience :

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range : $139,000 - $171,000
