Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage large-scale power generation projects (1 GW+) , including combined cycle and simple cycle plants.
  • Oversee the entire EPC lifecycle , including engineering, procurement, construction, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Direct multidisciplinary teams (35-50 internal staff and 30-40 external partners).
  • Act as the primary liaison with executives, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all phases.
  • Inspire, motivate, and guide teams through challenging project phases.
  • Navigate ambiguity and adapt to changes in project scope, design, or execution to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering, project management, project controls, commercial development, or operations within the oil & gas or power generation industry .
  • Proven success managing gigawatt-scale or combined cycle projects .
  • Strong leadership skills with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Technical and project controls background with an established industry network.

    • Qualifications Preferred :

  • PMP certification (preferred).
  • PE license (a plus, not required).
  • Proficiency with Oracle Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Power BI .
  • Expertise in technical engineering or project controls, with ability to leverage cross-functional expertise.
