Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage large-scale power generation projects (1 GW+) , including combined cycle and simple cycle plants.
- Oversee the entire EPC lifecycle , including engineering, procurement, construction, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams (35-50 internal staff and 30-40 external partners).
- Act as the primary liaison with executives, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all phases.
- Inspire, motivate, and guide teams through challenging project phases.
- Navigate ambiguity and adapt to changes in project scope, design, or execution to deliver successful outcomes.
Qualifications Required :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering, project management, project controls, commercial development, or operations within the oil & gas or power generation industry .Proven success managing gigawatt-scale or combined cycle projects .Strong leadership skills with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Technical and project controls background with an established industry network.Qualifications Preferred :
PMP certification (preferred).PE license (a plus, not required).Proficiency with Oracle Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Power BI .Expertise in technical engineering or project controls, with ability to leverage cross-functional expertise.Why Join Us?
