Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial management activities for multiple real estate development projects. This role involves managing job cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while ensuring strong controls and compliance. Ideal candidates will have deep experience in real estate development accounting and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage job cost processes, enforce budget controls, and review forecasts using accounting software.
• Lead monthly / quarterly job cost meetings and provide data for sales transactions and cash flow projections.
• Review construction contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee accrual processes and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Support annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and financial reporting.
• Supervise contract and job closeouts and maintain reporting processes.
• Research and document accounting treatments for unique transactions.
• Prepare audit schedules and year-end materials.
