Your impact

• Translate blueprints and operation sheets into precise setups and production steps
• Control quality at the source using calipers (dial / Vernier), micrometers, squares, and height gauges
• Maintain exact counts for completed and scrapped parts
• Keep tools, gauges, and equipment clean, calibrated, and ready
• Set up and form prototypes to spec, collaborating with engineering when needed

Roles available

We are hiring across multiple disciplines and shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) : CNC Laser Cut, Water Jet, and Saw / Deburr / Thermoform operators.
