Job descriptionReceive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of raw materials, components, and supplies. Verify accuracy of packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders against deliveries. Prepare and package outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy, proper labeling, and compliance with shipping requirements. Coordinate with carriers, schedule pickups / deliveries, and generate required shipping documentation. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions within the ERP system. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory to support inventory accuracy goals. 1–3 years of experience in shipping / receiving, logistics, or office administration (manufacturing environment a plus). Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems preferred. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Strong communication and organizational skills. Safety Sensitive Role
