Job descriptionPick your pay! Option to choose between hourly or miles & stops Starting pay is based on experience Drivers have plenty of work opportunities toincrease their pay Overtime pay after 50 hours Miles & stops option Paid practical miles, loaded and unloaded Average of 2,160miles weekly Stop pay Customer drop & hook : $12.36 per stop Live load & unload : $24.72 per stop Average of 10 stops weekly Additional Pay : Bonuses : $100 Driver lead referral bonus for qualified drivers Up to $650 Quarterly incentive bonus Paid via direct deposit weekly Great company benefits starting after 90 days employed : Company paid life insurance Company paid short term disability insurance 401K with 100% company match of first 3%, 50% match of next 2% 9 Paid Company Holidays Paid Time Off Paid orientation Boot reimbursement program Take your truck home program with approval Home Time : 2-3 days per week Schedule : Various schedules available Route : Midwest region Level of Touch : No touch freight 2023 & Newer Freightliner Trucks All trucks are automatic transmission Governed speed : 68 on the pedal and 70 on cruise ELD equipped with Samsara system Forward facing camera Must be at least 23 years of age Must have CDL A license Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience No DUI / DWIs in last 3 years Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen Hiring Radius : Drivers must live within 60 miles of Channahon, IL or be willing to relocate for this position Transportation

Compensation
- Average annual pay : $78,400.00
Top drivers earn $110,000+
Hourly option
Average hourly pay rate : $23.21
Average 70 CPM
Drop & hook : $8.70 per stop
Overnight pay : $32.00
$2,000 Driver referral bonus : Paid $1,000 at hire, and $1,000 at 6 months employed
