Sales Enablement Director

We are seeking a strategic, seasoned, and technically minded Sales Enablement Director to lead the development and execution of our global sales enablement strategy. This leader will play a critical role in equipping our sales organization with the technical knowledge, tools, and resources needed to effectively position and sell Cyara's solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of complex enterprise technology sales environments and is passionate about bridging technical understanding with sales execution.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive sales enablement program that accelerates time-to-productivity for new hires and drives ongoing performance across the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop technical training and enablement materials that clearly articulate Cyara's value proposition and solution differentiation.
  • Lead onboarding programs for new sales team members with a strong focus on Cyara's platform architecture, integrations, and customer use cases.
  • Define, document, and train the sales team on our core sales process / methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC) to accelerate deal velocity and improve deal qualification.
  • Develop programs and coaching content specifically designed to enable Sales Managers to inspect, coach, and reinforce core selling behaviors and technical acumen.
  • Create and deliver ongoing enablement initiatives, including certification programs, continuous learning initiatives, and Sales Kick Off aligned with sales objectives.
  • Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to translate new releases and feature updates into actionable sales knowledge.
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to measure the impact of enablement programs and continuously optimize for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of enablement tools, content management systems, and sales readiness platforms.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, identifying enablement gaps and developing targeted solutions to improve deal velocity and win rates.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to ensure the enablement strategy remains relevant and impactful.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, technical enablement, or related functions within B2B enterprise SaaS software organizations.
  • Strong understanding of complex technology solutions, preferably in areas such as customer experience, testing automation, or communications technologies.
  • Experience in selecting, implementing, and administrating enablement technology, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management platforms.
  • Proven success building and scaling sales enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling content for sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire a global sales team.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Telco industry experience a plus but not required.
  • $155,000 - $175,000 a year. This range indicates OTE. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
