Job Title : Pharmaceutical Compounder

Job Description

Join our dynamic production team as a Pharmaceutical Compounder where you'll have the opportunity to work in various departments including Granulation, Blending, Compression, Coating, Dispensing, or Technical Service. You will receive comprehensive training and will be responsible for ensuring proper stock inventory of consumables.

Responsibilities

• Follow all procedures and policies in the manufacturing facility.
• Stay informed and document the latest versions of SOPs in the training record.
• Clean, set up, and operate all related equipment in the manufacturing facility.
• Produce pharmaceutical products according to cGMP standards.
• Adhere to Good Documentation Practices.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Department for line clearance after cleaning.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Department or Production Supervisor for equipment / facility breakdowns.
• Serve as a trainer to new employees and operators from other processing equipment.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Work Environment

The position is based in a growing manufacturing department with a family-like environment. The standard shift is Monday to Friday from 12pm to 8 : 30pm, with initial training on the first shift from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3 : 30pm for two weeks. The work environment requires accessibility to laboratory, manufacturing, and office areas. Physical requirements include climbing ladders, wearing PPE, prolonged sitting, standing, and walking, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. The role requires good attention to detail and legible handwriting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cranbury, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 / hr.
