As a Client Implementation Specialist , you'll train clients on our SaaS products and guide them through the process of designing and developing their custom website, ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience.

What You'll Do
- Responsible for onboarding clients and the project management of client "go lives" over the course of several months per client.
- Serve as the point of contact for the project and ensure that the client has a solid understanding of the software. Provide accurate and timely reporting to all stakeholders on a defined cadence.
- Work with client to understand their brand, their vision and assets to put together a creative brief based on that information to create a custom website that meets their requested needs.
- Work with the design team to design and mockup the client's website, using best practices and the latest trends, while taking into consideration UX / UI best practices and mobile first design philosophies.
- Utilize statement of work provided by the sales team to gather and fine tune requirements for website design / development teams.
- Prepare tasks for developers to build the Front End of the client's custom website.
- Responsible for initial software training (multiple sessions).
- Occasionally you may also prepare tasks for Back End developers as needed based on client needs.
- Setup tasks for integrations, APIs and widgets for clients as needed.
- Work with project manager to prioritize onboarding projects and design / development tasks.
- Gather technical details to transition domain and import data to the new software.
- Proactively manage and clearly document project issues / risks; work with project team to determine and implement solutions.
- Ensure adherence to product scope and prevent "scope creep".

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills : You can work with operational, marketing, and development personnel to provide solutions that create positive and impactful results for our clients. You have a positive attitude and can interact effectively with various team members, support personnel and clients.Solid understanding of software and SaaS products : You have previously worked in or with SAAS products and have an understanding of basic software principles. Namely : the differences between front-end and back-end tasks, what integrations, widgets and APIs are, how to properly convey information to developers and how to troubleshoot and diagnose software issues when they arise.Passion for Website Design and User Experience (UX / UI) : A great design makes our client's websites stand out and we take great pride in coming up with unique and innovative designs that fit any client's market and needs. An eye for detail is important when doing quality control on design mockups and websites prior to launch.Desire to deliver superior client experience : You promptly respond to client inquiries and will have a sense of urgency when working with clients and team members to ensure that the client's project hits the desired "go live" date. You are able to research and resolve client issues and proactively seek out solutions to concerns that clients express to ensure their long-term satisfaction.Manage large customers with complex implementations or customer-specific requests. Must be able to properly prioritize each project in order to ensure that they are all completed on-time, on-budget and meeting our client's expectations. Expect to be managing anywhere from 8 to 15 clients at any one time across the onboarding life cycle.Technology training experience : You can discern the key end-user needs to provide quick, impactful solutions. You must understand client-facing user experiences and underlying software to be able to interface with the design and development teams. You can effectively communicate information and conduct trainings to client's who may not know the details of the software at a fundamental level.Ability to learn and adapt quickly : you have a unique ability to think on your feet. You are a good problem solver and can figure out how to get the job done quickly and effectively.Organization, focus, & follow through : You are able to create order out of a chaotic day. You keep your inbox neat and tidy. You know how to prioritize your tasks to make sure the most important ones get completed first. You follow-through on the commitments you make to our clients and other team members.Passion for classic and collector cars : We work in a unique industry that is fueled by passion. Having an appreciation for classic and collector cars is important to connect, communicate and understand our clients' needs.Passion for technology : We are always working on our SaaS product and improving both our offering and client's sites. You should enjoy working in role where you are the liaison between technical and non-technical constituents.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, technology or related field.Previous experience in an onboarding / implementation, client success, tech services or customer support role.Other Things to Note
This position is remote and open to candidates within the United States.Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), is a plus. For SOX-compliant roles, you'll be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations.
