Assignment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $60,000- $65,000 / Year depending on relevant experience

Job Responsibilities :

• Research and resolve customer deductions related to pricing, promotions, shortages, freight, damages, and returns
• Analyze remittance advice and customer payment details to identify deduction root causes
• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Pricing, Logistics, Customer Service) to validate or dispute deductions
• Prepare and submit debit / credit memos, chargeback disputes, and supporting documentation
• Monitor deduction aging and prioritize resolution to meet cash application and DSO targets
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within ERP systems
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding deduction inquiries and resolutions
• Identify trends and recurring issues; recommend process improvements to reduce future deductions
