Lead Application Developer

Lead Application Developer opportunity open with an enterprise organization based in Columbus, OH, with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays). In this role you will design and implement scalable, high-quality applications while leading a small development team. You ll collaborate across departments, mentor developers, and apply the latest technologies to improve performance and efficiency.

Role

Lead design and development of end-to-end web and application solutions

Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency

Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance system performance and flexibility

Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions

Create and execute test plans to ensure reliability and performance

Recommend improvements based on findings and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of hands-on development experience through the full SDLC using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Experience with Angular (1.x or 7+), TypeScript, and Visual Studio

Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases

Familiarity with TFS, Azure DevOps, and GIT for source control

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
