Solar Project Superintendent
Location : Keenesburg, CO
Duration : 912 months (with additional projects after the year)
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead and oversee construction activities for a large-scale solar project in Keenesburg, Colorado. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a proven track record in solar construction who is ready to take ownership of project execution, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
Manage subcontractors, crews, and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
Enforce OSHA safety standards and electrical codes across all phases of the project.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and compliance.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Provide leadership and problem-solving to keep the project on track.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent, with direct solar project experience.
Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and electrical codes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and lead diverse teams.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate : $45-$55
Per Diem : $120 / day (7 days a week)
Company Truck Provided
Schedule : 4050 hours per week

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
