Overall Responsibility : This position is responsible for handling all aspects of the printing process — from taking orders from clients to operating equipment to ensuring that printed materials meet quality standards.
Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Collaborate with event coordinators, sales representatives, and marketing team members to fulfill print shop needs for events, adhering to SOPs and show orders.
- Pull and prepare all product orders in the warehouse for events.
- Print, package, and ship literature orders promptly.
- Operate printing and cutting machines with accuracy and care.
- Complete monthly and annual print shop inventory counts.
- Utilize Deacom for order-related tasks and Basecamp for project management of print shop assignments.
- Manage multiple deadlines for tradeshows, seminars, and literature orders simultaneously.
- Compose business correspondence and documents with correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of materials sent to events, seminars, and sales reps.
- Post-event : receive and verify returned shipments, inspect inventory condition, and return items to proper storage.
- Safely lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Assist with duties assigned by the Event Coordinator when all functions of print shop are completed
- Effectively working, interacting and communicating with co-workers and supervisors.
- Demonstrating professional behavior while working in a team approach when managing challenging situations
- Assisting in providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment for all staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Work requirements and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).Previous experience in a print shop or supporting a marketing team preferred.Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to qualityMust demonstrate flexibility when re-prioritization is necessaryMust be able to work overtime when the company deems it necessaryBenefits
