Shift : TUESDAY - SATURDAY 0800 - 1700

Weekend REQ : A weekend day will be required to work

Certs & Licensure :

Current license in the state of Arizona- Required

BLS (American Heart Association) - Required

Special Requirements :

The department is open 7 days a week. A weekend day will be required. Preferred generalist who is confident with medical diagnosis. Preferred ability to manage mod- max A patients, co-treatments, ability to work with ventilated patients, ability to pivot easily and pick up additional evaluations throughout the day.

On-Call REQ : No

Floating Requirements : May be asked to float to surrounding Clinics

Blocked Scheduling : NO

Locals accepted : Yes

RTO Restrictions : Unit manager’s approval required
