Performs a wide variety of skilled preventative and corrective maintenance duties in the alteration, repair, and modification of facilities, equipment, and systems. Specializing in the Central Plant.

High school graduate or equivalent. Five years experience in healthcare facility maintenance required. Ability to read blueprints and design sketches. Trade skill required, i.e. - HVAC, Electrician, Electronics, Plumber, Boiler, etc. Above average communication skills and ability to relate effectively to the public and health care professionals.
