In this key role, you will oversee the quality department, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of excellence while driving quality assurance model and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the quality department, overseeing 4-6 team members.
• Develop and implement quality assurance goals, standards, and methods to ensure compliance with industry requirements.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Ensure incoming materials meet companies’ standards.
• Drive permanent corrective actions throughout the facility with data supported facts.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to address quality issues and customer complaints.
• Promote lean manufacturing and six sigma principles to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Oversee gage calibration and testing programs.
