The Role
You will be positioned as an experienced SDR charged with helping us 'crack' the go-to-market code on real client projects.
For candidates with existing experience working in sales or SaaS, this is your opportunity to learn more, and earn more than your average SDR - while working for some of the hottest brands in the industry. You will have first hand access to our entire toolkit, best practices and leadership training to prepare you for an Account / Sales Dev Manager role at InsideScale, or full time positions at our clients.

Responsibilities
- Study the Client's category, product and challenges they solve
- Identify and prospect key players within target accounts aligned with client's ideal buyer persona
- Leverage classic and next-gen data tools to source, cleanse and enrich premium prospect data
- Engage in omni-channel sales development activities (call, email, social etc) with a strong calling focus
- Work hard to meet / beat KPIs including meetings booked, meetings held and sourced pipeline and revenue targets
- Assist InsideScale leadership in co-creating a winning go-to-market motion for its clients - and mentor team members
- Be a reliable partner to the client and InsideScale through collaboration, execution and professionalism
Requirements
Prior work in sales development and a track record of high performance, ideally in SaaSExperience executing omni-channel SDR activities (call, email, social etc) - cold calling strongly preferredExperience across related tools - HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Orum, Nooks, Clay, SmartLead, Instantly etcStrong work ethic with attention to detail; commitment to upholding InsideScale quality standardsPeople skills and high EQ; building relationships with prospects, clients and team membersEntrepreneurial spirit and passion for building companiesHighlights
