Work Dates Needed : Nov 1 2 (7p 7a), Nov (7p 7a), Dec 6 7 (7a 7p), Dec (7a 7p), Dec (7p 7a) Preferred Schedule : 7p 7a, 7a 7p, 12-hour shifts Block scheduling Worksite Setting : Inpatient, Level IV Trauma Center. Scope of Work : 25-bed critical access hospital, 4-bed open ICU, 14,000 annual ED visits, Inpatient census : 8 15 patients / day, Admissions : 2 3 / day, Full-spectrum case mix, from low-acuity to complex. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active ND License and DEA , Active IMLC LOQ, BC / BE in EM or Family Medicine (Other specialties considered with significant EM experience) , Active IMLC LOQ EMR : Meditech Pay Rate Preferred : $265 / Hour
