Job Overview :

HireQuest Direct is hiring reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Client as

Compliance Checkers. This role involves visiting retail locations to conduct mock ID

checks on alcohol and tobacco purchases, documenting results, and submitting reports.

This is a non-contract, part-time assignment that is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, low

labor work with consistent pay.

Responsibilities :

• Completing initial training and registration (after onboarding with hirequest)
• Check in before starting routes using the PO# provided. Failure to check in = nopay.
• Conduct mock ID checks at assigned locations, observing whether staff requests ID.
• Issue Green Card (pass) or Red Card (fail) based on the employees response.
• Submit visit reports promptly and accurately through the BARS system.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
