Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and new hire orientation.
- Payroll & HRIS Management: Process biweekly payroll, maintain accurate employee data, and ensure compliance with wage laws.
- Benefits Administration: Support enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to employee benefits.
- Compliance: Maintain personnel files and ensure adherence to OSHA, EEO, FMLA, and other employment regulations.
- HR Reporting: Track and report HR metrics such as attendance, turnover, and engagement.
- Engagement Initiatives: Coordinate employee recognition programs and company events.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
