Position Summary

4 Wall Transformation is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment throughout our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure continuous production operations through preventive maintenance, rapid problem resolution, and support of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment including motors, transformers, switchgear, control panels, and PLCs
• Perform electrical troubleshooting on production equipment, CNC machines, welding systems, and material handling equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on electrical systems and document findings
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize production downtime
• Install conduit, wire, and electrical fixtures according to NEC standards and local codes
• Work with maintenance team to improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations including OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company lockout / tagout procedures
• Support capital projects and equipment installations as needed
