Description : Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative serves as the initial point of contact for prospective and existing customers assigned to the sales support team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and solution-selling. Key responsibilities include qualifying leads, managing sales pipelines within the CRM, preparing quotes, and collaborating closely with the field sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and send personalized emails to qualified leads
- Enter quotes, update the “Book of Business”, and manage “Churn”
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries
- Update customer / contact records, including communication preferences
- Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and supporting sales materials
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and churn targets
- Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts
- Continuously refine tactics based on performance metrics
- Other duties as assigned
