Thompson & Horton LLP seeks an attorney with experience in disability law, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Section 504, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, to join a thriving practice in its Dallas office. Experience in representing public entities, including school districts, community colleges, or institutions of higher education is preferred. The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and analytical skills, and be highly motivated.
