We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Kitchen and Bath Designers to enhance our customer shopping experience while driving sales in our store. Located in Meadville, PA, this role is essential in providing top-notch service as we prioritize our customers. As a key member of our design team, you will focus on three main areas :

• Customer Engagement : Welcome customers into the store, assess their kitchen and bath project needs, and provide them with comprehensive showroom tours.
• Consultative Design : Meet with customers to review their designs and offer expert purchasing recommendations tailored to their vision.
• Store Presentation : Contribute to a visually appealing shopping environment by maintaining stock levels of samples and brochures, ensuring special order displays are organized and safe.
