Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, Patient Engagement And Recruitment

Citeline is a leading provider of data and intelligence on clinical trials, drug treatments, medical devices, and regulatory landscapes. As part of the Norstella organization, Citeline helps clients make critical R&D and commercial decisions. The company is now seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of its Patient Engagement and Recruitment product suite for high-priority clients and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include :

  • Own and lead the successful implementation of Citeline's Patient Engagement and Recruitment solutions.
  • Oversee all aspects of project deliveryfrom scoping and kickoff to execution and post-launch support.
  • Act as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor to clients throughout implementation.
  • Lead governance meetings, executive readouts, and client workshops.
  • Serve as a key escalation point for at-risk projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor junior project managers.
  • Support the Patient Engagement and Recruitment leadership team in meeting delivery targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and experience include :

  • 5+ years of experience in project management in a CRO, biopharmaceutical, clinical trial, or healthcare technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience managing client engagements.
  • Deep understanding of clinical trial operations, patient recruitment strategies, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and strong technical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $115,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
