This is a hybrid position located at one of our hub locations : Austin, TX, Nashville, TN, Burlington, VT, Cherry Hill, NJ, Rochester, NY, Tampa, FL, or Santa Ana, CA. Open to in Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ.

How you will contribute

We’re looking for an experienced and visionary UI Design Director to spearhead our user interface strategy. This person will set the visual direction, mentor a team of UI designers, and work closely with UX Developers and front-end engineers to deliver elegant, intuitive, and scalable interfaces across our portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire – Manage, coach and grow our UI design team; set a high bar for quality and innovation.
• Define Design Standards – Establish and maintain a cohesive design system (components, typography, color palettes, accessibility guidelines) to ensure a unified experience.
• Partner with Senior UX Developers – Collaborate closely with senior UX Developers and front-end engineers to bring designs to life, ensuring technical feasibility, performance and pixel-perfect implementation and speed delivery and reduce rework.
• Be Hands-On – Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes and design specs to communicate vision and guide development.
• Drive UI Strategy – Lead design reviews, advocate for the user and champion design thinking across teams. Provide creative leadership to differentiate Asure’s products in the market.
• Ensure Quality – Oversee implementation to ensure responsiveness and accessibility compliance.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $145,000-$190,000 depending upon level of experience.
