Salary : $24-26 / hour

POSITION : Maintenance Technician III

REPORTS TO : Manager of Building and Grounds

START DATE : ASAP through Thanksgiving

DURATION : Full Time, Year Round, Non-Exempt

LOCATION : Cathleen Stone Island, Boston, MA

POSITION SUMMARY

The position requires the Maintenance Technician III to be a working member of the maintenance team, generally handling a majority of all skilled work, including : carpentry, light electrical, plumbing. The Maintenance Technician III reports to the Manager of Building and Grounds.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform skilled labor alongside maintenance staff members (carpentry, painting, light electrical, plumbing)
• Ensure that all work is being performed in a safe fashion and in accordance with OSHA best practices.
• In conjunction with the Director of Island Operations, maintain a master tasking sheet (to-do list)
