This role is ideal for an experienced professional who brings strong design leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for mentoring others while advancing impactful work.
You will contribute across all phases of project delivery - from early concept through construction - providing design direction, technical oversight, and team leadership. You will play a key role in shaping cohesive design solutions while supporting project performance, collaboration, and quality.

Salary is commensurate with experience and location: $95,000 - $125,000.
