Revenue Operations Manager

Role Overview : We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. This role is critical in managing the sales pipeline, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling the sales team with the tools, processes, and insights needed to win. You will serve as the connective tissue between leadership, sales, marketing, and product to ensure alignment and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture Coordination : Drive alignment across internal stakeholders to support opportunity shaping, proposal response, and program execution
- Process Optimization : Standardize sales processes including qualification, pursuit, and capture to drive consistency and scalability.
- Pipeline Management : Own and maintain the integrity of the sales pipeline (CRM hygiene, stage progression, forecasting accuracy).
- Reporting & Insights : Develop and deliver dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Sales Enablement : Provide the sales team with tools, templates, collateral, and training to increase effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with business development leads, marketing, production, and finance to ensure smooth handoffs and visibility.
- Proposal Support : Coordinate opportunity reviews, deal desk operations, and proposal timelines in collaboration with capture teams.
Qualifications
4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles OR compelling experience in consultingBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferredStrong command of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), reporting tools, and pipeline analytics.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing priorities.Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.Benefits
