Bilingual Behavioral Health Manager

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager (Bilingual, Spanish and English).

Key Responsibilities

Accept patient handoffs and continue care efficiently

Guide patients in developing skills for managing problems and triggers

Monitor and evaluate patient progress, ensuring documentation is accurate and timely

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or related field from an accredited institution

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Experience with Electronic Medical Records

Familiarity with CBT, Behavioral Health Assessments, and Motivational Interviewing

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Google Suite
