Are you ready to architect and deliver the digital backbone of tomorrow? We're seeking a visionary Senior Digital Supply Chain Transformation Leader for end-to-end manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, and logistics, to deliver the most compelling and differentiated supply chain cloud capabilities possible. This leader will design and deliver world class process & systems across the end-to-end supply chain for our global cloud infrastructure organization. This is your chance to directly shape how AWS plans, scales, and delivers the infrastructure powering the digital world.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale digital Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations, defining "Art of the Possible" scalable processes, understanding internal and external customers' needs, conducting readiness and capability assessments, defining business rules, standards, and system capabilities. Achieving measurable gains in agility, speed, and cross-functional alignment that impacts operational, financial, and customer aspects while eliminating friction, driving productivity, protecting customer promise, and hyper scaling infrastructure delivery.

Key job responsibilities :

• Identify business needs and capabilities to optimize supply chain operations
• Develop thoughtful solutions for complex infrastructure challenges
• Coordinate program execution across multiple teams
• Evaluate and communicate program outcomes and impact
• Build consensus and share insights with stakeholders
• End-to-end ownership on supply chain transformation, process re-engineering and roadmap development
