Position : Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

Location : Mendon & Milford, Massachusetts

What you’ll do

• Greet customers, write repair orders, and present recommendations with confidence & integrity
• Manage the service workflow with techs and parts; keep customers updated through completion
• Drive upsell / maintenance adoption while protecting CSI and trust
• Review DVIs / inspection photos (and help expand photo usage) to improve clarity and close rates
• Hit and exceed targets : gross produced, close %, hours per RO, and review goals
